IE8 keep showing me this message

How to disable this message?

If i select prompt. IE8 will keep telling me not safe. Cannnot or I dunno how to disable all these irritating messages.

If i select prompt. IE8 will keep telling me not safe.i not sure most things abt ie8, but looking at ur pic it does say "marked safe"? i check ie8 settings, default is "enable" instead of "prompt"?

even for gov sites, i rem i had to change 1 or 2 default settings for a certain transaction/download to work for my relative... luckily the gov pages got state IE settings required.
