You cant be expecting the relevant sites not doing anything from time to time mah.
AND, as a free users, there are also many other restriction that prevents you to dl so much that you would have gave up from time.

lol.. u suay.. megaupload just change web algorithm... now confirm need to wait for that 45(46) sec no matter wat....
