is actually just the stick which is for 2 years (can keep the stick after 2 years, don't need to return M1)... i can show u the contract . however, have to pay upfront the amt for 2 years to me . thks.

huh ? all my lines (telephone and broadband) under M1, so i can default on pymt ..come on la .. is only 11+ per mth still wanna bluff people mei ? i sign up both cos 3 lines (hp + 2 broadband) got discount but i have no use for 2 sticks ...

for those who signed up 1Mbps on 30% discount before this 50% promo, you may wanna consider upgrading to 2Mbps on 50% discount... only $3.67/month more nia.

i was on 1Mbps and download speed was terrible. called M1 to feedback and asked to upgrade to 2Mbps with 50% discount (can't go higher coz restricted by specs of free HW modem unless i buy my own hardware). everything done within 1 day and no admin/penalty charges. download speed so much better now =:p

Minimum is 6 mths contract but will not have any discount. Must sign 2 yrs lo in order to get the 50% discount..

if u have 3 linew under M1 (regardless of mobile line or mobile bb plan) , then will have additinal 25% ...

so if u got one mobile line like me .. when u buy 1 mbps mobile plan .. the CSO will ask u to buy another moile bb plan so that u are entitled to 25% discount .. can see more info online

Yup mobile broadband can be counted towards the multi-line saver discount. So 3 m1 lines willl give you 25% discount, 4 lines 30% and 5 lines 35%.. Discount applies to all the mobile and mobile broadband...

2 plans under his name

If i want to combine later i'll need to pay the service charge too. This can be done right? Do you think it's better to just go ahead with the 50% off on 2mbps or wait for my Dad to return and risk not getting any discount on the monthly.

Maybe you can go ahead first. After all, multi-line saver can be added on anytime for M1. So when your dad is in Singapore, can combine his lines under your name, which makes it a total of 4 and get 30% discount off all services lo..

Yup correct... But doesn't matter as you get long term savings from the multi-line saver discount... which will also more than cover the $20 transfer fee.. and since your contract also ending in Nov, can transfer at tt time lo... Then you'll get additional 30% off the $19 price for 2Mbps..

Can use mobile broadband on hp, just that need to keep switching sim cards.. So alternatively is to get data plan for hp...
