I'm on M1 100mbps fixed. My current PC's Lan is only 10/100. Will changing to a 10/100/1000 Gigabit PCI card help my internet speeds at all?

No it won't help, true download won't go up to 100mbps.
Unless you want to network your few PCs, then Gigabit will help to transfer files faster among your few PCs.
By the way nowadays MB come with Gigabit port.

it help when you transfering file from PC to PC.
it does not help in download or make your internet connection faster.
