Internet sharing btw modem phone + fixed internet connections

Currently I am using my iphone data plan as modem for web surfing (ok i have already done it using via usb n bluetooth)

However at the same time I would want to use my existing singnet home line for downloading BT and at the same time use the iphone on my computer for websurfing

Possible? and how do I do it?
