View Full Version : Singnet 6mb promotion COMEX HELP!

Hi guys, please advise. I recontracted Singnet boardband 6mb + BBOM + miotv + lenovo s10-2 = $55.

During the COMEX show, i went down and recontracted via using the red telephone booth. i was assured by the singtel operator via phone that my plan is 6mb + BBOM + miotv + lenovo s10-2 = $55. i wasnt given any written document/contract tho.

Everything went smoothly and i received the miotv and bbom but it has been 2 weeks yet i never received the redemption letter for the laptop lenovo s10-2. i called up Singnet and to my surprised, the CSOffier say i recontracted a $35/mth plan without free laptop ( NOT THE 6mb promotion). He asked for the 6mb Black/White contract from the COMEX but i wasnt given anything !!!!

What am i suppose to do next, cant believe this kind of thing happened again with Singnet.

i thought signed up for contract must sign everything one.

Where dealing with garment organisations, I demand for everything in black and white, period.

okie. will call singnet again on monday. Actually i called them on friday 16th Oct, as usual, CSO say would get blah blah blah to call you which the call never arrived.

Did u hv any receipt or any proof just to show them tat u did sign up for the "Singnet boardband 6mb + BBOM + miotv + lenovo s10-2 = $55" plan on tat day

i believe those who did the recontract at COMEX show would not have received any document. i was directed to an enclosed red booth with a phone inside, all i did was talk to the CSO thu the phone. I feel so cheated now.

nah only those that called thru the phone wont get any documents. i did my recontract with a cso face to face. for the same plan as urs. got reciept and contract on the spot.
