1) Can my internet provider(singtel) access my internet history?
2) I accidentally clicked a url that links to a pages that shows that this page is blocked by mda. Will singtel or mda do anything about it?(like singtel will include it in the next bill or mda will send letter to the home)

1) Yes... they should be able to know ur ip address access which ip address...
2) Normally they will not for "prawn" site... but if related to internal security, u may be haul up... (btw, very lousy excuse by saying accidentally click on links to pages blocked by MDA... those pages are normally not simple one...)
