Recently I have problem with my magix connection.

I have done a tracert to HWZ and here is the result.

I notice that the ping from my computer is very high. Does it mean my speedtouch router is spoil or my computer lan is spoil. How do I go about to solve this problem.

When Singtel come and change the modem, they do not enable the modem firewall and password. Should I enable the firewall feature.

Any help will be appreciated.

ONLY this line matters.
Since avg is 12ms, therefore is ok

So the high ping from my computer to the speedtouch modem is not much of a concern. Thank you.

Its a bug of st536, does not affect actual usage
