Am thinking of changing my "dunno-how-many-year-old" router of Linksys WRT54G to some new router ...

Any recommendations?

Actually why do you want to change router when your WRT54G is still serving you fine?

Yeah lor... WRT54G is a legendary Wireless G router. So many firmware 3rd party to play with. Tomato and DD WRT.

Finds that it pwns even unbranded Wireless N routers.

And a current cheaper 1T1R N pwned the "legendary" G router.
