There is a small crack at the bottom rite hand corner of the screen and part of the protective plastic above the home button came off as soon in the photos below...

other than that the phone is working perfectly alrite!!!
Everything in box is included with the exception of the charger(USB charger) however, 3rd party charger has been included.
