I'm not very sure if anyone experience the same thing.... the Starhub Mobile BB seems very very slow during night time....
Below was something I captured just now... d/loading file is taking ages....
I will need to DC and reconnect again and again in order to obtain faster speed but d/load speed will deteriorating very quick thereafter...
Is there a prob with my E17 modem ? I'm having 7.2Mbps connection

maybe too many users connected to your base station.

Call 1633 and tell them to check, then after that ask for one month waiver.

Ya I heard that is one of the problem of HSPA. Using 1mbps mobile bb on the forum seems fine now.

I have exactly the same problem.
I believe whaleshark87 may have the same problem too.
That's why he/she advise you to call 1633 and tell them to check, then after that ask for one month waiver.
I did the same thing. But don't be too hopeful. After starfug checked, they always say their end is ok. And your download speed will still be $hitty, i.e. sometimes flow fast like liquid diarrhoea, but most of the time constipated.
p.s. I'm making fun with reference to the recent stomp pic of a toddler pooing in Ion Orchard foodcourt at 7pm peak dinner time. :s13:
