POSITION: HR Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Component/Networking Team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end to end recruitment administration support including sourcing, shortlisting, arrange interview, reference check, process employment contracts, conduct new hire orientation (junior level) and track & process confirmation & adjustments and full administration of work pass application.
  • Manage and maintain organization chart changes
  • Take charge of new hires induction and orientation
  • Manage and handles work pass matters which includes application, renewal and termination of work passes
  • Administer and plan for staff training and development including liaising with external agencies and handle the logistics arrangement for in-house training. Ensure staff adheres to the approval process and follow up on pre and post training documentations.
  • Responsible for update and maintain accurate new hires’ data in HR system.
  • Manage probation review, contract renewal and termination cases
  • Improve and plan for Employee Engagement Programme
  • Communication to employee on the Company’s updates
  • Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder, those with qualification in HRM or Business Administration will be an advantage.
  • Preferably 0-1 year of relevant experience in the HR/ admin areas.
  • Team player and able to adapt in fast-paced working environment
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and pro-active

POSITION: Customer Service Executive
DEPARTMENT: Service Team

Responsiblities:

  • To ensure a smooth and accurate logistics management which includes order fulfillment and processing orders from overseas distributors.
  • Raise request for PI (Performa Invoice) from in-house system. Ensure customers pay on time. Timely support and Liaise with Sales with regards to customers' payment records, as well as the credit collection term for PI issuance / payment.
  • Aggressively follow up, coordinate and closely monitor shipments from worldwide manufacturing sites to ensure all deliveries are smoothly made.
  • Prepare and process export shipping documents for letter of credit shipments and negotiate with banks. Monitor transactions and follow through until payment received.
  • Actively liaise with customers and forwarders for smooth transportation of goods.
  • Ensure customers’ requests and enquiries are fulfilled in a prompt action.
  • AR management which includes keeping track of customer's payment records and issuance of weekly account receivable statement.
  • Thorough and regular refund/rebate document preparation.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers/associates
  • Applicants must be willing to work Near Expo.
  • Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support, Customer Service or equivalent.
