Cannot access USB disk connected to RT-AC68U

I connected a USB flash drive and external HDD to my RT-AC68U (Firmware ver 3.0.0.4.374_5047).
They were detected and I tried to configure them so I can use them like an external drive using Windows Explorer.

However, I got the following when trying to access the disks.
It is the same even if I connect just one disk.

FTP access is fine though.

Please assist.

Ok the problem was solved.
Updated the firmware and restored to factory defaults.
