I want to claim the Gears of War game:

So it ask me to look for my PPID and examples listed here:

I've used the Authenticator and it says it is wrong.
I also entered the PPID manually according to the numbers in the website above and the website still says it is wrong.
So I am completely at a lost. I've tried different combinations of the numbers. The PPID Authenticator is very troublesome to use, each time enter the number, it fails and then I have to restart the tool again. It is not convenient to use at all.
So please help me here. I have been trying to get the game for the last 3 days and have been very unsuccessful. And it is getting very frustrating. Not something I expect from a leading video card manufacturer.
