The Management Associates Programme is the BMW Group's international programme offering the opportunity to jump-start the career of talented graduates and young professionals.

Within 21 months you will experience strategy, culture, daily business and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective through 4-5 different rotations. You will work in various parts of the company and accomplish two international assignments, one of them in our headquarters in Munich.

Minimum requirements include:

Interested in a career within Sales and Marketing specialization.
Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree.
At least 6 months of relevant practical experience (e.g. internship, training, initial professional experience).
At least 4 months of relevant experience abroad (university study or practical experience).
Personal involvement and commitment over and above university study.
A keen analytical intellect.
Fluent in English and ideally basic knowledge in German.
Readiness for an international career.
