To prevent accident, stick to 1 lane n extreme left or right, not centre lane

To prevent kana stolen, spend 20rm n park at hotel valet parking

Nowhere is safe but if you look at those owners whose car got stolen, robbed. Almost 99% are bcos of complacency, 1% bad luck.

so many people drive in for decades no issue.

Price you will get if you sell your car now

Might not cover the loan amount, so beware

Toyota and Honda hotter. Mazda/Subaru .etc better, cos no market.
KSL should be ok la, as long you don't park ulu ulu corner. Last I went, their mscp got quite a lot SG cars also. Use steering lock and don't leave any item visible lor.

same. their fb groups accidents photos never censor photos 1
Yes, I just saw another uncensored photos

Potholes? No need to report, they are everywhere
Yes, I think they posted them with the intention to warn motorbike riders, cos sometimes during rainy day visibility not so good. Some even place cones to warn others.

Mind to share those fb groups? Thanks
I frequent this two, their update i feel quite a lot.
If u dun mind every now and then see their updates on your news feed.

https://www.facebook.com/groups/jbtraffic

https://www.facebook.com/groups/TrafficReportJBS

Many updates, sometimes is singaporeans drop passport then they post, or malaysian drop work permit they also inform.

Robbery, snatch thief, car accident, whatever they also will post. My friend see liao have more phobia. I still ok with it due to business in msia.

I also join this:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/dailycarpooling

I go Kota Tinggi very often for business, so i also joined this group:

https://www.facebook.com/OrangKotaGroupEnt/

You can see they are genuinely helpful, don't have our "sinkie pwn sinkie" feel.
I also learn a lot from their traffic accident videos, become more and more defensive when driving.
