Let me round up a few things to begin with :

Tester name is Ser Chong Jin...
A pretty polite and nice TP tester who give instructions in a smooth way with warnings.
Inside car he will explain what you will be doing clearly.
If you do something wrong, he warn you strictly..

And of course, like all Testers, he begin tapping his pad if i created any mistakes.

And talk about mistakes :

Insufficient Acceleration - 0 (Free Count) - KUTC Circuit
Fail to confirm safety - Vertical Parking - 4 Points
Turn steering whilst vehicle is stationary - 2 points - Parallel Parking
Delay in Moving Off - 0 (Free count) - Exit of KUTC Circuit (Ubi Rd 3)
Change Lane abruptly - 4 points - Eunos Link
Speed too slow on the road - 2 points - Eunos Link
Delay in moving off - Eunos Link U turn - 2 Points
Change Lane Abruptly - Eunos Link - 4 Points

Total : 18 Points
That sums it up. More later.

Yeap! Especially those who give lj bin all the way from the start. Then talk like machiam your fate lies in his hands, must carry his balls then he feel like a king.

Your mistakes all by panicking one. Actually press tablet also meant nothing if they think u passable. It’s possible that the driver already fail in score but the tester decide to pass them and ignore those minor mistakes

Umm its more of the environment itself , i have to overtake a lot of cars ytd because there were lots of testees so he fast game alittle and it was pressuring because i finish my warm up and was called in 5 mins later after i sit in the room and he ask me to proceed to the car.

Besides... if u can prove to him your driving is up to his standard and you are able to keep safe while doing basic things and pass them well, there u go. Before i even raise my hand to say i am done for check on reversing, he say , ‘ok proceed to next station.’ The best thing to do now is to correct those mistakes by my own, even those minor ones he closed one eyed at.

Failed again.. Hais 3rd time
Donít be unmotivated by it! Since youíve taken it 3 times now, iím sure taking your license is important. Keep your spirit up! I took 2 tests before i passed. And the 1st once was an immediate failure upon my first course. Some tips that Iíve learned from my driving instructor:
1) PRACTICE makes perfect. Youíll get the hang of it and you wouldnít feel as nervous.
2) Know where youíve gone wrong and let your driving instructor know. He can correct/ teach you!
3) If youíre afraid of driving on busy roads, try to avoid booking at peak hours/ when thereíre bus timings
4) Check the weather forecast if possible and avoid driving in the rain as it compromises your sight.
Hope youíll give it one more try!!!!

strongly suggest against point 3/4.

if you're afraid of driving on busy roads or freakish weather that means u are not ready for the roads yet..

practice more before u take the test.. othwrwise u will just be a road hazard.

passing the test means u are ready to drive at any road and weather condition.
