Mazda 3 better than elantra and k3?

Elantra-
- Korean
- Clean, confident, and smart design
- Interior looks cheap and plastic-heavy
- Air-ventilated seats
- Space wise average
- Very quiet
- FC lose to Mazda 3

Kia K3
- Korean
- Interior looks cheap and plastic-heavy
- Air-ventilated seats
- Space wise can compare to Mazda 3
- Value for money, family-oriented car, more comfy back seats
- FC lose to Mazda 3

Mazda 3
- Japanese
- Interior, seat very premium looking, feels like a continental car
- Minimalist design, with a screen and central control
- Easier to modify
- Louder road noise (poor noise insulation)
- Mazda servicing slots are difficult to get and expensive
- FC the best among these 3

Just change, anything 18-19" will be nice, add a 6pot front BBK and rear 4 pot BBK, followed by lowering the car with coilovers to 0 finger gap between arch and wheel.

Look for workshops that service by the manual, this way, you need not really worry about what needs to be changed or not.

I send in to my workshop (not TEK) and I always tell them follow the manual, but if anything needs to change earlier, just let me know, don't drag. A lot of times, prevention is better than cure.

Went for 60K servicing at Ubi and they want to charge $800plus alone or 'force' you to take a 60K+70K for about $830. No much option but to take the combined packaged. Is 60K servicing really so expensive?

60k usually is free.

usually is free svcg up to 60K, some even managed to nego it up to 100k free svcg. If you never nego then they will only give you up to 10k svcg.
As understand, buyer will be offered cash rebate(forgotten how much) if they forgo these so-called free servicing which are "not free".

Having cash rebate will take that 1st as it helps to bring down loan amount and the interests will be lower.

no approach is to nego till showhand price, then after that look at the svcg package AD is willing to giving you. If they offer 10K then you have to nego it to 60k based on the agreed price prev.

Similarly the min loan that you have to take plus tenure can be negotiated as well, its ok to take loan as long as discount you are getting from hire purchase offset interests payable

This is really to squeeze the SE dry-dry lolol which why not as every penny we save counted.

But SE not stupid too. They knows buyer pattern de ba.
My friend then was offered at the nego/discounted price with dont know how many K free servicing, so the SE ask him if he want cheaper then goto trade off with cash rebate.
2 pick 1, of course some very powerful de can nego nego nego til get both in.
See who more fierce lo.

Think you are a king in nego, should have ask you down to help then. =p

Ya lo.
After nego on price already, not done yet.

Then nego on free servicing, not done yet.

THEN nego on freebies, bodykits, not done yet.

THEN nego for an free upgrade of the spec, not done yet.

THEN nego the same offers given above for a better model (for eg, mz3 to mz6).

Then finally; DONE DEAL AND SIGN ON THE DOTTED LINE.
Happy buyer.

Happy Seller??
Til the SE may dont want to take your deal instead lolol.

Is either he dying for sale or u dying to buy the car only.

precisely that should be the approach. Never show your interest even if you are genuinely getting a mz, and pretend to be interested in e more premium makes e.g. C180 or IS200T. The SE are out to make commission too, and they have a price range to work with, anything below e range they have to seek managerial approval which is indicative of showhand price.

If your bring a cheque book and show that you are genuine, they will go all the way to make it work rather than letting you walk away, esp during suntec car show. Once they know you are dying to get the car, you lose all negotiating leverage
