PQP and coe renewal questions

I have a few qns..

PQP is the moving average of the last 3 months but does it include current month? (Ie Oct 2017 if I want to renew using Oct's PQP)

If I renew PQP today (24 Oct 2017). My new coe starts 1 Nov 2017?

Also pQP can renew by visa credit card?

How come there are two PQPs to choose from? It is not November yet.

What are the implications from choosing either? Can I wait until first bid Nov to use the current Nov PQP?

Oct 2017 PQP is from average of July - August - Sept coe. If u renew any date on Oct 01- 31 Oct 2017. U pay $42564.
I assume your coe expiry date is 2t feb 2018

If u renew any date on Nov 2017. U pay $41994. Even u renew it on the last day on 30 Nov even with the coe bidding in Nov for cat A is 100k and 200k. U still pay $41994. The Nov coe bidding result will factor in the 2017 Dec PQP

Your new coe 10 years should start date is from 01 Dec 2017 if u renew in Nov.

Sadly. PQP renewal cannot use visa Mastercard.

Renew in month of Oct: S$42564
Renew in month of Nov: S$41994

2 rounds of bidding in Nov doesn't impact the above.

The choice is obvious.
