If I am not wrong is valid for 2 or 5 years.
No need to rent cab to drive, can join as a relive. If don't wan to be cabby then you spend money to get the license for?

Cab rental now starts from $120/day. But newbies will charge higher,

x2.

just met one arsehole TD. merging lane with my whole car already in front yet he still accelerate and cut me off.

after that he went at over 100km/h exiting MCE towards AYE vivo.

he had the sleepy face on so i don't think he was rushing. blardy dick. should have boxed him in behind a lorry.
Typical of Singaporean Taxi Driver. Money > Life.

My advice.

If your full time job is paying you $2.5k/m.

Stay on.

taxi drivers life are hard.

Lucky I'm just part time.

Driving for fun.

hard to say. tdvl need to register at sin ming first.
$35 course fee
den wait 3 weeks for letter
den go register at any 3 centres
- comfort sin ming
- taxi academy kim yan
- smrt woodland
pay $335 for course fee
part time - 20 lessons (night class)
full time - 10 lessons ( day time)
after that 3-5 days later go kim yan road to take test.
if fail in the spot pay $5 per module and admin fee $10 for retest
if first timr pass - for smrt one week after u pass u can get yr vocational and on the same day drive yr cab away

very easy one...

1. what u need to prepare (list of stuffs like coins/dollars, what to self groom, what to check for the car for dents and cleanliness etc, car maintenance) before you drive.

2. folding wheelchair and put in car boot (just mock up and role play).

3. some role play of greet passenger (pickup / drop off).

will not test your driving skill.

is the theory test more tough. killer is the paper that requires you to flip street directory (50 mcq within 1 hour - search for landmarks, buildings, etc) and the 40 LTA recommended routes (30 mcq within 1 hour - test will be landmarks and directions from point A - B along these 40 routes).

module 3 is flip street directory. cannot learn but can practise. search for taxi stands, nursing home, hotel, embassies, community centre and police.

if u want to know singapore road more and more of singapore. include national education like courtesy, national flag, anthem, a bit history, our national flower. our 4 main race in singapore. Good and educational course

Depends on hard working or not? Cannot be.
Taxi drivers are choosing who they want to fetch now, how is that hardworking?
