no more free tp installation, no more cheap m1 1gbps? is this a sign of fibre going to get more expensive?

TP is the Termination Point that was done years ago when IDA try to get Fibre optic cables into our homes. It's a one time thing. Once installed, you can recontract or change ISPs with no issue on paying for TP since you already have it at home. It is only in rare occasions like if like this previous person who opt to renovate and not have the TP installed back that caused this issue for him. But for normal homes that did not meddle with the TP, we should not need to pay for any of those installations.
