HGST Deskstar NAS 3TB slow transfer speed and slow data access

Hi Guys, i bought the mentioned product at the march 2017 IT show and i noticed slow transfer speed hovering around 10 mb/s to 100 mb/s, furthermore when i tried to access the data in the drive it is very slow as well.

Pls advise. Thanks
