Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi Defect Backplate

I bought the cryorig H7 Quad Lumi and it came with a defective backplate.

The instructions states that the hexagon pillars should be fitted into the respective AMD hole on the backplate until it is snap locked. However, mine is unable to lock. The pillars can easily be pushed out of the groove, so it is impossible to fit the front plate in place.

Can i ask for a replacement backplate and a set of pillars? Does other cryorig AM4 kit works with the quad lumi?

Hi zizhen92,

Did you place the backplate in the reverse direction?
If it's correct, you need to place it on a flat surface and mount and screw down(hand tight) the heatsink otherwise it will give the impression that it is loose.
Maybe you can check it again?
