I also faced the same problem. I got this error as well. Then they reenter me to click again. End up i sort of like spun more than 3 times in one transaction

On 2nd thought, if you spend $600 in a single receipt you can only open one box. Why is it possible to open 6 at first.

After entering my purchase, loading screen looped nonstop. Tried 2x same thing. Called hotline and CSO advise to reinstall app and try again

Freshly installed app can load the gift box screen but end up like this
