hi guys, would like to check, how do i make pre-payment for income tax? went to the axs machine and selected bills and selected inland revenue authority and carried on... but it keeps rejecting my manhattan card.

You need to have internet banking for SCB.

IRAS must be deluged with prepayments this year. Everybody exploiting the loop hole before it is closed. Hope they don't have the time to call up every one of us.

They called me last week and I told them its prepayment

u paid alot in excess? 3k+ since if u say ur tax is $200+ LOL
recently must be alot of callback to be done due to the march 18 deadline lol.

Ok IRAS just called me to tell me the $100 is in. After putting down phone i zham 3.9k from my manhattan inside lol. Expecting a call early next week.

Btw will they ask why deposit so much? What u all say?

Nope I didn't. I paid just slightly over (< $50) what was "forecasted" when I filed my income tax. My manhatten card already maxed out so I used my VI to pay instead

IRAS told me okay.. they will put it down as prepayment.

trying to find ways to avoid the call =x lol. but damn mafan if u duno who is calling.

u will have excess $ in acc. iras call u u decide how to answer lo lol.
