my guess is that my fairprice on order did not track online.

need call them to check.

Type rewards enquiry and then click “view rewards”.

Then points by card.

Same here! Talked to a CSO through online chat but he is clueless andnot answering my qn.. promised to call me back by end of today
9x bonus seems credited, but totally can't tally with my own calculation.

it does not work for bonus points.... it is lump sum...

Anyone did not receive their 9x yet for July spending?

I haven't received the bonus points for my July transaction till date. My last month transactions are mostly on Taobao, using PC.. So it is in foreign currency. Already got the 3x points. Not sure why still haven't received the 7x points yet...

My bonus points this time round are incorrect. Have called them to raise this up.

Ok, after contacting the CSO, I manage to get the correct number of bonus points. A difference of 700+ points! So yeah, they do make mistakes.

But like you, my Fairprice online order is not considered online. Not sure why. Just take note of that and use other cards for online grocery in future.

I still haven't received the bonus points from last month till date.. Mostly Taobao transactions... waiting for CSO's callback...
