Hahaha ok. You don't get my point. It's alright.

Oops maybe too tired so read wrong lol.
For that I have verified it transaction by transaction (anyways about 10 monthly only) with the CSO. Then after that they also ya why bank never give the bonus miles.

Cause I only strictly use it for eligible online purchases, nothing “debatable” kind. I have other cards for other purchases la.

did anyone else encounter this, or did favepay change something

If the points is expiring on Dec'19, it means 1st Dec or last day of Dec?

And if I wanna convert these points to miles, can I convert it on the last day of expiry date? (But the date of successfully converted to miles isn't in Dec)

my recent Comfort DelGro masterpass payments did not qualify for 9x bonus points when they had all along.

I had to call in and CSO asked me to submit document to show that it is an online txn so i submitted the e-receipt. So far no one got back to me.

Anyone reconciled the points and found this lacking as well?

Favepay was not categorize as online payment based on latest conversation with CS.
u should try to use GrabPay within Fave where possible to double dip. Then top up your GrabPay card with eligible cards that award points / miles for top up.

I guess that is the way moving forward.. lost more than 300 miles on favepay transactions without noticing it until I file an appeal...
