I also bought $1.5k, and the bro in front of me bought $4k. I think $4k easily can be spent for a whole year grocery supply.

considering the possibilities of buying electrical/electronic stuff, 1-4k is actually reasonable.. can use up one.

but remember.. max rebate a year is $600. so it means you can spend only max 6k (10%).
after that, no more from spendings at cold storage, popular bookstore, zoo, etc.

Yes, but if your spouse also has the card as main card holder

yah u go buy some cigarettes then come and tell us
I did that a few times previously n I got my due rebate. Dun see y they do not give the rebate for this case. I do not think maybank knows what u purchase from ntuc n I don't think they have such arrangement with ntuc to bill differently for liquor, beer or cigarettes. Therefore what u r billed at ntuc is wat u will b entitled for the rebate.

is the answer to both "not when buying voucher, but when using voucher (purchasing)"?

No link point when you BUY the voucher.
But you can earn link point when you USE those voucher.
Remember to show the card to the cashier together with them.

I only managed to get voucher in $20 denominations... but it is ok as I usually spend more than $20 in order to get the linkpoints...
