Recently made installments to Yun Nam Hair but very bad experiences.

e.g. force tactic of asking to sign upgrade packages.
wash hair half way and dont let you go off until you sign additional package. such sales talk and drag with all those herbs on hair and dont want to wash off until a package is signed. This is really forcing the customer.
Could this be filed to CASE?

You can call bank to cancel credit card installment plan...
If you have sign agreement with Yun Nam...you can go CASE to complain and case will need to know the agreement you have signed have the cooling period involve...normally any agreement will have 7 days cooling period...

Assume Yun Nam want to sue you bcos you did sign agreement of the package...case might ask you continue or terminate the agreement...there is a fee for cancel agreement...Not all things,case can help you 100%...

bank unlikely to help you cancel the installments unless special situations like company close down.
as you have signed to agree to pay and there is no dispute. you can only negotiate with yun nam or CASE.
