actuarial science. in NTU or HKU?

Im interested in the field of actuarial science. currently, I'm considering taking up the course in NTU, HKU and maybe some other UK universities such as heriot-watt or lse. but it's mainly between HKU n NTU, because they're cheaper and closer to home.

HKU is ranked at least 20 places higher than NTU, but i've heard the Nanyang business school is one of the best in asia.
in HKU, after completing the course you'll get a bachelor of science(actuarial science) while in NTU, it's a bachelor of business(actuarial science). and also in NTU, you only get to specialise in actuarial science after the first year depending on your first year's results.

can everyone please share your views on which uni is better for studying actuarial science, NTU or HKU?

Thanks a million.

Anyway Cantonese not good dunnid to think of HKU.

But the good thing is that a pack of cigs over there is only like $10HKD, which divides by 5.55 gives u about S$1.80 per pack.
