ps. I already receive my NUS rejection letter.

When did your NUS rejection letter come in? And was yours stuck at application received all along?

Did nus portal state your rejection status?

No eh, they send me the letter already. Even more confirm.

Not sure if this question was answered before but if i were to accept the only offer i have on JAO webby, would NUS and NTU still consider sending me offers if spaces are freed up or would it lower my chances of receiving new offers?

The letter came 2 weeks ago. And yeah it was stuck at application received before I receive the letter. I didn't bother checking the portal now since I've receive the letter.

Haha. But you have NS right? I don't have. And what course did you apply to? With your grades like that, can get rejected. I think mine will be even worse man. Haha.

Oh yes...I was lucky to have NS. (: Actually I applied for all the engineering courses only and got rejected by all for some reason. But friends with much lower grades then mine still managed to get a spot.

Never understood this. Anyways my point is don't give up! You just have to be a little more patient. :)

Hopefully my acceptance letter is on the way *cross fingers*
Thanks for the reply :)

Oh... Damn. Then maybe I should call up/email NUS already. Mine still stuck at received and no letter seen so far. Something may be wrong... Thanks anyway! :)

No news from them at all, I try checking online its say "Application received". around 3 weeks back, I called the admin office and manage to ask whether my application was rejected, they said no and was still processing because at that period they were already sending out rejection letter(You know how strict they are about disclosing any information via the phone). I emailed them ytd and they said this

"We are still in the midst of processing all applications.

The outcome of your application (success or unsuccessful) will be conveyed to you anytime between April and June 2013 by post."

That's the most I can get out from them now :(

Yep. That's why I'm thinking of whether to call/email NUS now. Sort of paranoid but, what if the letter was misdelivered? Or maybe it got lost somewhere? Haha....

Yeah you should try asking. But I know deep down I won't make the cut for NUS, cause their cut off is really too high for me. But in any case, I will still appeal :)
Goodluck for your application!
