braised roast pork
braise it lor......... or fry it.......... u reheat it skin also not much crispier just tougher
Oh right the word is "braise". I did that with mushroom and vermicelli already. What else can I braise it with?

stir fry with leek, garlic and some dark soya sauce..

I have no problems with toukua but the "dunno what kind of spring onion thingy" may pose an issue.
sorry, just went to search. it should be leek.

something like this:

mushroom, sherry (wine) or some other wine, dried chestnut (not water chestnut), soy sauce, some dried chilli

before that maybe can also reheat it up first ( the pork)

or u can get some roast duck then chop together and fry with soy sauce + dried chili and a bit of sugar
