actually this is one method to tackle plateaus... of course the approach need to be refined and differs from individual..


i will persist with current lifestyle till oct ... after which i will tweak my meals still with low carb but absolute coverage on vitamins and minerals... before deciding if i should introduce natural , complex carbs.

That's one of the methods I know.

Coz initially I take dairy, then also cut dairy, more significant weight lost. Then stagnant...

Then slowly after that until now more define.

In Thailand was the most surprised. Bought 3 pair of shorts there, Can't wear them on the first week. Plus there I did not gym, just do body weight workout daily.
On the 3rd week there I can fit in the shorts nicely. And I did not wash any of them. :s22:

I guess for your body condition is completely different. Mine is still trying to get rid of the excess body fats.

Ignore the Weighing Machine TBH..
I've stop weighing myself since Dec last year because Before I left for Thialand on a 1 mth course there(In Sept), I weight the same as I am in December (taken during a health check up).

But the significat thing which changed is that my Waist Line dropped.
Shirt size dropped.

Think SK who saw me this week can agree to it (Since the last I met him is also sometime near Jan this year).

Weight is just the number.
The important thing is the size of our clothes.

My jeans now is also very loose :s22:

Almost time to go get new pants soon. :s12:

greengreengrass should read this too!

talk about noodles.. i nv had bak chor mee for a year alrd.

wa good good.
few weeks ago was kinda on a bad mood for my bf's sis issue so i totally let loose. eat bak chor mee, instant noodles, mcdonalds for a week.

really thank god that i dont look like a pig now

HALF A BLOCK OF BUTTER EVERYDAY this is what i got :s13:
Total Cholesterol 167 mg/dL (< 200)
HDL Cholesterol 61 mg/dL (> 40)
LDL Cholesterol 97 mg/dL (< 130)
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 2.7 (< 4.51)
Triglycerides 44 mg/dL (< 200)

oh you're like me.. prone to stress/emo binge eating.
