for local poly students with a gpa of about 3, how do you think they should go about applying for bachelor courses in europe, and in particular, the scandinavian countries where costs of education is lower.

how much would it cost to pursue a masters degree in eee and typically how long does it take?
UK/OZ - 1 yr generally
USA - 2yrs

USA to get it free, do Phd and get funding, and quit after completing the necessary req for Masters

do you speak or write their language?
if U need to take a yr or 2 to do language b4 degree is that ok?

Finland iirc is still very much free and some Uni still offer degree in English.

to to apply, READ is the key. No agent to help iirc.

A masters in EEE in Singapore isn't very expensive, at 7600 per year.

In UK it's about 25k pounds per year, in the US about 40K USD per year.
7.6k per annum is after subsidies, before GST.

looking at life sciences in general, hopefully they'll stay tuition-free. Im going to ORD in 2013 Sept. So most likely going there around the same time too. Only looking at their english taught programs though. Germany or france looks good to me too.

Just wanna ask, if I do a BSc in life sciences specialising in Biomedical sciences, is it advisable and possible to take a MSc in chemistry specialising in medicinal chemistry? I felt that medicinal chemistry complements what i will study in biomedical sciences which is essentially r&d in drug design and manufacturing, which is why Im curious if this combination will work out. Thanks in advance!!
