Cannot one... There are simply not enough MOs to cover every single exercise of each unit or camp. I think MOs only cover very big exercises (I think brigade and above? Or division and above, I dunno). The rest only have medics to cover.

they shud train some top guys to determine if they can send such such cases to hospital directly lo.

if not then how, still more routing to MO first, and life at stake.

Only doctors can certify things medically leh. Not even medics can do it.

But perhaps we should be training more paramedics amongst the more promising medics. I dunno whether medically that helps or not, but perhaps the paramedics can be allowed to make the decision whether to send a soldier to hospital or not.
