bui bui but strong.. yr muscles are covered by fats. i saw zhang fei type sgt doing 20 pull ups without breaking a sweat.. that was my bmt days..

I no space to exercise at home but tried those neighborhood fitness machine, all consist of body weight. How many reps is good? Do until failure?

I just hope the buibui is a csb, else the IF, sio ba all wasted leh

I was the only buibui earlier~8pm at the nearby park connector doing those 45sec dash at the long stretch towards cck (to and fro). One long hair malay xmm actually scared the hell out of me, hiding behind the tree trunk and standing stationary while i dash past! Wtf

Got a blister on my foot now, hope it's not due to the barefoot wearing the VFF, previously my mad man dash is with merrell and toe socks.
