All along I been trying hard to do IF
But my problem is no matter how much I eat for dinner I get hungry or mouth itchy the next daytime. I take pork belly and veggie and mayo and milk and sometimes to the extent of being super full still no use thing is I suspect I have eaten too much meat that it affects fat loss..any tips on satiety? |

All along I been trying hard to do IF also, leptin hormone tends to be masked after so many years on carbs i think... i do find that after 3 - 4 months on LCHF, my body was able to feel the true hunger/fullness... ![]() |

morleng bro, quick question: have you estimated how much calories you consume per day based on your one meal per day? I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full... Amount depends on how hungry I am...if I eat a bit more, then I stay full for longer...

hokay... just curious cos i find it hard to exceed 2000 calories even if i eat quite a lot of fats... by the time i finish my single meal dinner of the day... very full liao... A nice pork knuckle would hit the mark quite easily ![]()
