The restaurant is okay - quite established

Just that don't know whether can use more than 1 coupon at any one time...hahah

Some places don't allow - only 1 coupon per table etc

My unit's gold standard not easy to achieve

2.4km need to run below 9.15 or 8.45 if I remember correctly

I only made it twice

Strangely enough SOC I can chiong in under 8 mins zzzzz

Fasting is easy once you know how...hahah

And exercising while fasting is damn shiok - body feels so much more alert hahah

It's correct evolution-wise cos we need to be at our most alert to catch prey when we are starving...

Damm fit lor, to hit sub 9:30. Did it once in my NSF days, that's it. Forever cannot achieve liao.

Completed my first 50 hours fast. Took some seaweed and 2 small pieces of butter just now. Hmmm... Was that considered as break fast? LOL

Yea lor, can really feel age catching up on me. I felt that its a pity I didn't know abt all these knowledge earlier last time. Wasted my youth like that. At least yours was quite an interesting one isn't it?

Well, I can continue to count my fasting hours till tomorrow lunch. Song man!

You are nowhere as old as me...hahah

Interesting - that's an "interesting" way to put it - let's just say I enjoyed myself

Actually I also didn't know what I knew now - just that I was very sporty from young - parents threw me into the pool as soon as I can walk (maybe sooner I forgot)...hahah

Now I kinda regret cos my body damn koyak - joints all loose and worn out

Yup, can continue to count - now you know how easy it was for me to hit 100 hours? LOL
