I one month spend on groceries, entertainment for both me and my wife not more than 1k. She doesn't earn much around $2500 a month.

Our petrol around $200 a month. Car paid in full.

Yes I know I cannot bring money to my grave. On one hand I'm also trying to create new online businesses.. I have failed in 3 so far. But mostly tech startups which didn't cost me much.

This lifestyle is not for everyone. But I don't want to continue working in my job and I don't want to be a slave forever.
Don't mind me asking, your 240k PA is you alone or you and your wife? What industry are you in? Whwre do you put the rest of your money? Not in bank savings account right?

What took you so long to come in.

Busy day? Many docs on holiday so you cover?
No, busy finding jobs to cover a few days a week on a Reg basis as lost my Reg slot. After working there for 3 years, maybe PCW at work too much.

To me I work hard at least I need to have a comfortable life , and based on your income and spending power u can easily retire already

Bitcoin will keep going up lah albeit there will be short term corrections before it surges again...

Whether Bitcoin is pyramid or scam or whatever, is a moot. By the time you finish your academic discussion and reached conclusion, people already made money and exited...

just like when it was USD 4000, I asked my father to buy. he said it won't sustain lah, pyramid lah, And he want to research.... now it's USD 12,000.

I told him this morning there's no rush, he can slowly consider and research more.

If u are earning $18000 a month at age 35 next year will u stretch your side to buy a $1.5 m 2 bed room condo in d15?
Actually back to the question, really depends on how big, if freehold and rental yield.
