8.5km siol. i run 4.3km after work @ bedok reservoir already shag and hungry liao.

my route is park connector lor... 800m stretch to and fro....
oic. i run 6km CW direction ard the reservoir too. 8km and 10km is ard tampines but coz of the road works my route is restricted to certain roads.

I jog in the evenings becos I can take my time as it will only get cooler. If jog in the morning, have to rush to complete the route before it gets too hot as the sun rises

But evening what time jog? Reached home around 7plus too hungry to jog liao
Take some light snack at 4 plus la. Else will be hungry and weak to run

I run from my hse to bedok camp to ecp then exit bayshore pcn then back hime ard 6km

i usually is come back from work eat dinner first then wait a while then go run, usually at around 8 or 9, come back shower then sleep. but these few weeks very busy no time to run at all
