i usually is come back from work eat dinner first then wait a while then go run, usually at around 8 or 9, come back shower then sleep. but these few weeks very busy no time to run at all
Eat liao u hv to wake for 2.5 hours then can run leh

really? i usually just wait 1 hour then go alr. but i wont immediately start running, will walk/brisk walk for 1km first then run

Take tea break at around 4pm, so by the time u start the jog after 7pm, shd be jus nice

I think different people different. I hate running in the morning.

Honestly I just hate running when got many cars since I always run at pavement.
I see. Then early in the morning cars are fewer too.

just jogged just now....training for ippt

tried to jog in the morning, only went once, gave up

prefer after work

Advise u to drink milo 2hrs b4 run. No nd to eat dinner.

Sometimes I just take banana at 4pm. And do my running at 6 plus. Once reached home

lucky i end work 5+ , gob back can run striaght. those work till after 6pm shud not go do evening runs

Usually prefer to run at 9/10pm instead of straight after work.

Firstly, dinner will become 8ish if run after work.

Secondly, lesser crowd and more cooling later at nite.

After running, usually will feel refreshing so I believe morning run is good too as your mind is clear to work after running. However, I am really lazi to wake up as early as 5/6 to run.
