Evening joggers lip lai...

Starting a new chat and support group for evening joggers...

Morning is really too tough, especially if got a long workday ahead.

Right now I on the way home, will change straight to jogging attire and head out immediately

What makes you think that evening jogging isn't that tough?

After a long day's work, your body becomes even more tired. To run.

evening jog also damn shag lol. recommend to rest maybe 30 mins after reaching home then go for a jog

Jog to expel all the stress and anger at work lor... Morning is really too shag for me, but depends on individual ba. I more of evening/nite person

Eat before jog actually even worse. If u have not been conditioned, you will find yourself vomitting your dinner.

Best is to eat very light (maybe some banana) n repluish itself with more fluid (like plain water)
