From 12 o clock clockwise

15, 33,21,30

U take 3 multiply on number on each quadrant and divide by 2, repeat the process until u get all the numbers in the circle. Then u add them up

the fact is that this question has no answer. Because the 4 unknowns are all the same "types" - one at each direction...

In theory you can choose any rules... it still works.
They should have provided one clue at one of the empty circle.

Crap question.
ya this type of questions is ownself say ownself song

like this "brain tease puzzle solver"

simi somewhere in egypt cleopatra and anthony is dead, end up they both are fishes

Must be set by those "scholars" who do not have kids experience. Why would primary 1 need to do this? Just simple plus and minus cannot meh?

It's a bonus question so no harm done. Just to separate the top notch from the remaining 99%. Great effort!
Btw, I am also not sure how to do this. Will ask my son later.

Lol all of you are wrong. The answer is 8,17,6,25 starting from the top and going clockwise. The answer to start solving this lies in centre number 3. You take 3 multiply by the quadrant on the left first then find the number of multiples of the opposites quadrant number . Next add up the adjacent quadrants to each circle and again you need to divide back by the centre circle 3 to derive the final answer of I dunno what I'm talking about. So simple
