according to LCHF retards...minimum 70% of ur calories must come from fats ..... BEST IS SATURATED FATS.....so have to eat butter, eat chicken skin, pork fats and lard, drink coconut cream and oil, eat 10 or more eggs a day...etc etc...

You will have no problem with fat liao after a couple of month
becos u be dead.....

Time to lift bro. Can start by doing free weights 5x5 and slowly increase ur weight every week. Just dirty bulk, no point being skinny for now.

If you are bbfa, u need to go gym and cut down on your calories intake. HIIT helps immensely..

If you are skinny and want to look more muscular, u have to go gym and increase your calories intake. Cutting comes after that.

Key is effort and consistency.

Don't eat fats such as deep fried chicken, nuggets, potato chips, fries, char kwey tiao, carrot cake, hokkien mee etc

Don't eat sugary food and drinks like Starbucks, cakes, cheese tarts, ice cream, coke etc

Run in the day, swim in the night. Do some dumbbell weights and chin up X 12 - 3sets

Eat healthy with lean meat such as chicken breast, vegan, fruits, water and have good sleep

If you still cannot lose that fats in 3months, I will quit edmw! Most likely, you will quit before I do

Skinny fat. Google this and how to tackle it. Won't be easy and not immediate effect. Coz u need to both gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

LCHF rightfully should be Low Carb Healthy Fat and NOT Low Carb High Fat otherwise retards like yonglimm would anyhow disparage it etc

Subtle distinction in LCHF between Fat Loss & Weight Maintenance :

High fat only for MAINTENANCE

Lower fat better for FAT LOSS

Target protein AT ALL STAGES

Limit digestible carbs




Stored Fat = the extra stored fat in your body that you want to burn off with Less Ingested Fat + Low Carb + Just Enough Fat [ie mainly cooking fats & salad dressing oils only n NO Added Fats]


Reason for LOW Digestible Carbs (if any) - go for Fibrous Non-Digestible
Carbs instead
