how to lose body fat?

how to lose body fat?

my chest and tummy are quote flabby but the rest of my body is skinny...what can i do to lose the fat in my main torso besides doing cardio? cardio will make my other parts even skinnier and i will look like any malnutrition african kid with flies flying all over the face.

HIIT cardio and weights. Weights don't need to do too much - 20/30mins is fine
Eat at slight deficit. Eat enough protein to minimise muscle less :|
Drink lots of water. Get enough sleep :|

Not about trying. You need to do both.

Doing weights (atleast the proper whole body movements) should help build a little more muscle and reduce muscle loss. Maybe can do 30min sessions 3 times a week.

HIIT also need to do - maybe do once a week. And eat at a slight deficit. Whether you want to change what you eat, or try EDMWs "Fav diet" is up to you

Take pic now - front and side. Then take pic 3 months to check progress

bulk up den cut down den....

the thing about burning fats is that is random, doing workout (weight) or cardio will burn fat overall in ur body.

so if you are skinny den eat more to bulk up 1st den do a cut later on, with the bulking you gain muscle while you workout, den you switch to cutting phase to burn off the fat, with the muscle you build up it will aid you even more with ur cutting phase.

also there is the matter of what you eat as well
