Dun push yourself to exercise if feeling unwell.
Heart attack can occur even if you are not exerting yourself, eg just sitting down doing nothing.

more and more healthy ppl kena heart attack or simply drop dead...

u all better go for checkup see got problem or not....

dunno ijjit got to do with de environment...

Walking is 2x slower. Also need to cover 2x distance to burn equal amount of calories.

This means a 1h 10km run becomes a 4h+ 20km walk.

Running is thus more efficient to burn calories.

But i agree with you on not pushing our body to the limit especially as we grow older and pushing past our prime.

Good alternatives are swimming and cycling

But I think the potential of run 10km killing you is much higher than walking 20km to kill you due to to heart attack.

actually no need to run. walking is enough liao. walk 400m burn 18 calories ,run 400m burn 30calories. difference only 12 calories. why push yourself? you can compensate by walking longer distance.

i know many chao sinkies like to chiongg cause kena brainwashed by SAF. SAF occifer always like to ask people to chiong, simi mind over body bullcrap. You exercise to keep fit , not to serve saf to defend FT


but running gives you that farking rush that you can't get with walking~

jogging and running is the dumbest activity to keep fit ever. wear out your knee caps and joints. only stupid idiots jog or run to keep fit. best activity to keep fit is swimming.
Ya agree, I see alot old men told me how active and sporty when they are young, now complaining injure knee cap, here pain there pain ...

How u all know he is unwell? He could be fit all these times.
I find alot ppl actually body got problem already then start to go exercise

True, sometimes I had irregular heart jump on midnight, even I was resting in bed

U nvr know when ur body will gve way..just abit of mild exercise will do..30-40min depends on individual fitness..anyway it's unfortunate incident..
