agree. i once cycle up a steep slope and push myself abit, when i reach the top, i suddenly felt faint and getting abit numb and cold.

Faster stop and sit on the grd and drink water. that when i feel really not young liao
Last time when I jog, I always like to look at my watch & push myself for faster pace / timing...kena one time also nearly faint....Now I don't wear watch when jogging & constantly remind myself not to push....jog just for fun & release sweat....I'm not training for anything also as already MR

Yes, better don't set target, just sweat out abit daily enough liao. Excecise cannot overdo else become harmful

shld bring heart rate monitor make sure dun exceed 80% of max.
Should have such form of exercise perimeter to follow...

actually no need to run. walking is enough liao. walk 400m burn 18 calories ,run 400m burn 30calories. difference only 12 calories. why push yourself? you can compensate by walking longer distance.

i know many chao sinkies like to chiongg cause kena brainwashed by SAF. SAF occifer always like to ask people to chiong, simi mind over body bullcrap. You exercise to keep fit , not to serve saf to defend FT

Play sports is way better than running. Running is the worst form of exercise.
Also many cases of cardiac arrest during basketball and soccer games.

RIP.

Jogging is a very accessible and healthy exercise. It is also an excellent cardio workout and calorie burner, there are so many healthy joggers around with working legs and health heart middle age and later. Why kena bash here like its a dangerous and pointless form of exercise. i suspect it is PTSD from NS days and govt need to subsidies psychological treatment for the jogging NS PTSD sufferers

not advised for ppl with health problems to run cos they might hab fat cholesterol deposits...

run run run and it dislodges and get to block the heart artery and then gg...
