actually no need to run. walking is enough liao. walk 400m burn 18 calories ,run 400m burn 30calories. difference only 12 calories. why push yourself? you can compensate by walking longer distance.

i know many chao sinkies like to chiongg cause kena brainwashed by SAF. SAF occifer always like to ask people to chiong, simi mind over body bullcrap. You exercise to keep fit , not to serve saf to defend FT

Second case of cardiac arrest during/after run. Most recent was the 16 year old boy. Sad......and excercise suppose to help you stay healthy. I kno wife lots of people who never ran a mile in their life, smokes, drink nad have late nights.....yet still aging well, strong nad healthy. Ohhh the irony.
