i tot diploma work in CS is sibeh sian, bcos u essentially do e same shyte as degree holders but get paid alot less and climb slower?
NO,

degree holder is more on Planning , more advance tasks

dip CS is just aka Blue collar workers technical staff

but anyway just basically FOLLOW UP

check email , received complains , tell Sub con to do check, sub con report back to you job done, than u close the complain , feedback to user ,

" extra things , u might do what welfare committee , involve in events blah blah nonsense stuffs "

Question: Is money more impt or work life balance to grads now?

When i started working i always chiong cos i was still young, my boss always joke that whatever is left of work - is your life balance

But honestly i was glad i never took up offer to join civil service. I see my friends that started working same time as me, cant really communicate much anymore. Too long never use brain, only do what they are told, dont know whats the outside world anymore
