Iceland is a very credit card friendly country. Just make sure u have your pins ready for pump top up.

Been there twice and never change to their currencies at all.

BOC and ICBC. But they're 6-digit PINs. Not sure if it will work on 4-digit PIN ATMs.

I think the person in charge of your queries didn't understand. Just tell the person u have forgotten your pin and Need help to get a new pin. Then get your pin and as usual. Gk activate your oversea magnetic usage.

All credit card in sg r issued with pin numbers when u first received the card.

Beside using pins for petrol. Credit card pin is also required for train tickets purchase in many European cities such as Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen etc. Of course for Shopping no need.

Agreed. I didn’t change any cash in their currencies and went thru 9 days in Iceland with just credit card.

I used my livefresh dbs card. Though SG pin is 6 digit, you key in the first 4 digit can already. E.g 123456. The machine accepts 1234.

Has anyone tried the ICC Europe SIM card 4G/3G (EU-B) during your Iceland trip? It's sold at qoo10. As I am traveling to Iceland and Norway, I wonder how good the signal is? Anyone has experience?
